Wavepanel Downtime

Hello Guys,

We had some problems with Wavepanel this morning. It was out for about 30 minutes. The reason for this is because we was changing the IP adress of the sever so we can implement the Secure certificate for the professional player suite on Facebook. This issue has now been resolved and everything should now be fine. If you are still experiencing problems then this maybe due to your Browsers cache, please delete your browser cache and reload your browser. This should solve any issues.

The secure Facebook player should now be working and if you have any problems, do not hesitate to get in touch via our ticket desk!

SHOUTcast 2 Now Available

SHOUTcast Version 2 is currently being rolled out here at Wavestreaming. To begin with, migration is optional and we’re giving clients the change to move on a server by server basis – an email will be sent to you if you’re an existing customer to give you the opportunity to migrate to v2.

After a period of fine tuning, we will then migrate any remaining clients onto the new system. See the videos below for more information!

New to our SHOUTcast control panel. The new realtime listener dashboard.

We have now launched our new dashboard, with a slick carbon black design and the simplicity of just one click of a button and you can have real time listener stats when you want them, we have a car dashboard type “listener-o-meter” and a realtime stat graph which all comes part and parcel with our SHOUTcast control panel – Wavepanel.
